Our brief was to create a brand campaign for a new economy paint.
Fresh to the market, Armstead needed a strong visual look to help them stand out, and a tone of voice which spoke directly to loyal tradesmen to get them to trial the brand. We knew the paint’s quality, at their price point, would convert them from their usual brand. Especially if it was coming out of their own pockets.
Armstead is close to surpassing AkzoNobel’s premium brand, Dulux Trade, in sales.
